Wellness is not the vitamins and minerals we swallow each morning. Wellness is not about being extreme, like a new diet or exercise craze. Wellness is not about being perfect. Wellness is not achieved in one day, or one workout, or one good meal.

    Your first step is to complete our wellness quiz to find out what components you may be missing, stopping you achieving true wellness. This will be your baseline wellness score.

    Daily Steps To Implement

    We will give you an action plan each day for the next 30 days. Each day will focus on one simple component of wellness, and how you can easily implement it into your daily life. You will create positive and healthy habits that will improve your quality of life.

    Re-take The Wellness Quiz

    At the end of 30 days we will see how many components you have implemented. You will be able to see how much you have improved in such a short amount of time.

Who Is The Creator?

My name is Nicola Smith and I am a qualified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, CHEK Level 2 physical trainer with a University degree in Physical Education. I have been involved in the wellness industry now since 2002. is my website, home to my blog where I help educate people on real health and wellness. It is my vehicle to share what I can with you to help you achieve health and wellbeing for yourself.

I run an Online Gym which is a membership based website providing members with workouts, nutrition and motivation to do from home or wherever it suits them. We have members throughout the world, an amazing community of likeminded people who help and support each other on their health and wellness journey.

This 30 Days To Wellness is a free program I created to help you bring wellness into your life. So many of us are living day-to-day unaware of how much more productive, happy and energized we can be to lead a more fulfilling life. This program I hope will show you the way.
